Starstruck: Australian Movie Portraits, an exhibition developed in partnership with the National Portrait Gallery, opens at the Samstag Museum of Art, Adelaide in September for a limited season.
We produce a short documentary about Starstruck, featuring behind-the-scenes footage of the NFSA collection, as well as interviews with the curators and some of the award-winning photographers whose work is featured in the exhibition.
Featuring 275 photos, as well as scrapbooks and film costumes, Starstruck: Australian Movie Portraits draws extensively on items from the NFSA collection. Supported by the National Collecting Institutions Touring and Outreach Program, Starstruck tours to other locations around Australia in 2019.
